Frequently asked questions

How can I schedule a tour?

Email us at learn@skylarkchildrensacademy.com or give us a call at (458) 836-7470.

Do siblings have priority enrollment?

Yes, siblings of enrolled students are given priority enrollment.

Are you open in the summer?

Yes, Skylark is a year-round program.

Do you offer before and after care options?

Yes, our core schedule is the full day program which runs from 8:30am – 3pm. Students attending this schedule may be dropped off anytime from 8:30 onward and picked up by 3. If you need to care beyond those hours we also offer before care (7:30 – 8:30) and after care (3 -5pm).

Is there a waitlist? How do I join?

Some classes currently have paid waitlists. Reach out to learn if your child’s program has a waitlist. In addition, families interested in enrolling for a future school year can join the waitlist prior to the opening of our registration period for the following year. This allows families to be given priority enrollment opportunities. Reach out to learn about this process.

Does my child need to be potty trained?

Starting in our three-year-old program students must be potty trained. For the two-year-old classes and younger it is not required. However, our toddler and two-year-old classes are equipped with in-class toilets to facilitate the process when your child is ready.

What ages do you take?

We accept students from 12 months through five years old. To be eligible for our toddler class students must be at least 12 months, walking, self-feeding, and on a one-nap schedule.

When is enrollment?

We offer year-round enrollment for students, but those wanting to secure a space for fall of an upcoming school year may do so for 3 – 5 year-olds by registering at the beginning of each year (late Jan/early February). Our youngest classes (toddlers and two-year-old programs) have continuous enrollment and the best way to secure a future space is to get on the waitlist. To stay up to date with enrollment announcements join our email list.
