In a structured yet engaging environment, children build confidence, foster independence, and grow through purposeful exploration and collaboration.

Students prepare for kindergarten through a robust curriculum that thoughtfully balances academic development with social-emotional growth. Junior Kindergarten
For children who are ready for more but missed the Kindergarten cutoff, or who have already completed Pre-K, Junior Kindergarten acts as an introduction to Kindergarten-level curriculum. Yes, Skylark is a year-round program.
Yes, our core schedule is the full day program which runs from 8:30am – 3pm. Students attending this schedule may be dropped off anytime from 8:30 onward and picked up by 3. If you need to care beyond those hours we also offer before care (7:30 – 8:30) and after care (3 -5pm).
Some classes currently have paid waitlists. Reach out to learn if your child’s program has a waitlist. In addition, families interested in enrolling for a future school year can join the waitlist prior to the opening of our registration period for the following year. This allows families to be given priority enrollment opportunities. Reach out to learn about this process.
Starting in our three-year-old program students must be potty trained. For the two-year-old classes and younger it is not required. However, our toddler and two-year-old classes are equipped with in-class toilets to facilitate the process when your child is ready.
We accept students from 12 months through five years old. To be eligible for our toddler class students must be at least 12 months, walking, self-feeding, and on a one-nap schedule.
We offer year-round enrollment for students, but those wanting to secure a space for fall of an upcoming school year may do so for 3 – 5 year-olds by registering at the beginning of each year (late Jan/early February). Our youngest classes (toddlers and two-year-old programs) have continuous enrollment and the best way to secure a future space is to get on the waitlist.
